A Meditation for Blessings: It develops the frontal lobe which controls our personality, works the hands which are meant for healing, and an affirmation, a prayer, "from darkness to light."
It's physically challenging which offers the gift of mental mastery: can we shift the mind to supportive, compassionate thoughts especially during those times of challenge. This is one aspect of Kundalini Yoga that keeps me coming back...because the result has been to become strong physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually...along with compassion.
