I find that the Universe often amazes me by connecting me with some incredible people who offer critical insights. Such a person is Patrick Jephson, who was Princess Diana’s Chief of
Staff.
In a presentation at Morgan Stanley about “his boss, Diana,” I believe he reminded us of essential qualities we humans must re-adopt in order to not just survive but prevail in these challenging times.
Princess Diana underscored such a quality when she told William (something like), “You may only spend a few moments saying hello to someone but in that moment they will have a memory of a lifetime.”
I
believe we all can have such an impact…and often do. What memories are you creating?
