Summer networking has been hot, hot hot! I have been hitting the conference and networking scene building awareness about mindful business practice and community engagement! 

Here I am (middle) at "Community Light Bites" where Carolina Bolivar (left) of Mandolino Ristorante and Regina Laursell (right) of Light Vitality Group teamed up to showcase authentic Italian cuisine from a holistic, health perspective while educating on the importance of circadian and nutritional wellness.
