1. Heal Personally: These are challenging times. When you don't know what to do, try this meditation. It is very simple but solves many complications. It coordinates both areas of the brain and gives you powerful insight.
Hands are in front of your heart, right palm rests inside the left, with thumbs crossed. As you look at the tip of your nose:
1) Inhale thru nose, exhale thru nose.
2) Inhale thru mouth, exhale thru mouth (purse lips, almost whistle)
3) Inhale thru nose, exhale thru mouth (purse lips, almost whistle)
4) Inhale thru mouth, exhale thru nose. Continue for 11 minutes
