1) As inhale, raise arms circling overhead, with right hand over left hand and
right thumb over left thumb.
2) As exhale, lower arms so elbows touch ribs, palms flat and facing up. Start with 60 seconds and FEEL the connection!

Eduardo brought us to our feet- literally, engaging us with his animated style, his jokes and sense of humor, and inspiring us from his heart. (The photos in our collage offer a glimpse to the magic created.)
Many "gems" were
shared, including:
1. Don't lock your knees; you'll avoid shallow breathing and hyper-ventilating.
2. Speak from your dantian or 'orange' chakra (Eduardo has a hilarious name for it.)
3. Practicing sounds like "SH, ZZ, FF, CH and MA" open you up to project and fill the space. It is palpable.
4. Massage your jaw, tongue and larynx (As only Eduardo can do.)
