It’s been a difficult time to discuss politics, race or religion without creating tension and even anger. Instead, let’s explore how to have a conversation with calm and respect. This creates a safe space for everyone to express themself and feel heard. Here is how one person described

This Friday we will explore:
- What are the potential benefits you might receive from listening to others with different beliefs?
- What fears, if any, do you have about how you will feel or what you will say or do when listening to people whose beliefs or experiences differ from your own?
- What, if anything, are you willing to do to overcome fears about listening to those with different beliefs?
