Like many of us, I have been feeling the affects of the news, especially after this weekend's deadly shootings. I embody it and feel. I then ask myself, "How can my presence contribute the most?"
Sensing it's the perfect time to deepen my exploration INSIDE, I leave today for Iceland to embrace the beauty of nature--- just as I embraced the beauty of humanity biking, running and rolling baby carriages during Summer Streets last Saturday in Manhattan.
